Lincoln st Remodel

This bathroom was part of an entire home remodel.  Two load bearing beams were added in the basement and first floor to create two large living areas in the small Portland bungalow.  The music studio, bathroom, and kitchen were all custom built incorporating natural edge slab wood.  New plumbing was added for the bathroom, new gas lines for the kitchen, as well as sound insulation and complete house xlr wiring for the music studio.
